Specific instructions included:
- Dilapidations Assessments
- Schedule of condition reports to be annexed to new leases
Via our sister consultancy Raeburn Consulting, we also provided market rent and freehold valuation advice.
This was a confidential transaction and therefore appropriate measures had to be adhered to.
