Willow Sports Centre
Instructions were received from Willow Sports Centre to provide advice on various property matters as their lease was due to expire.
Specific instructions included:
- Dilapidations Assessment – to assess the current condition of the premises and the likely liability should they not renew their lease and instead vacate
- Schedule of condition report – as negotiations progressed to a successful conclusion, we were then instructed to prepare a new detailed Schedule of Condition to be annexed to the new lease
Via our sister consultancy Raeburn Consulting, we also provided detailed lease and market rent advice to successfully defend the Landlord’s aspirations of a 20% increase in rent.
